<div class="maintext">Over the last couple of weeks I've had a major change in the way I look at things. The thing that brought this about was my 'holiday' to Malaysia last week. I say 'holiday' because it wasn't our main intention to go on holiday there, but to see family, in particular my nan and grandad. The main reason for the change in me was the fact that it was probably the last time I would ever see them again. The second was Malaysia itself. We stayed in Malacca but also spent a few days in Kuala Lumpar and went to the Genting Highlands for a day. Everywhere we went had a charm to it (for me anyway) that I can't quite explain. Everything and everyone just seem so chilled out and layed back it was unreal, more my kind of place. You could chill out just about anywhere as well. My favourite place was, without a doubt, the jetty which was literally 100 metres or so from the house we were staying in in Malacca. My dad had done lottery for the time we were away and I joked that I'd check the tickets when I got back, and if he had won I would cash it and fly straight back out to Malaysia (1st class of course =P). I seriously would though. Don't get me wrong I don't mind the UK, minus the chavs and a few bands of people but if I had to choose which I liked more, England or Malaysia, right now it would be Malaysia hands down. The food is soo much better out there, but that's down to personal preference. Almost eveything out there is a fraction of the price, as an example, the last time I ate out in a large group in the uk there were 11 of us and the bill came to just under £200. On our last night in Malaysia we went to the restaurant we went to on the first night only this time it was absolutely rammed, but what did they do, they whipped out another set of tables and chairs to seat all 13 of us. To top it off the bill came to just under 200 ringgits. If I remember rightly when my dad changed the money we got roughly 6.3 ringgits for evey pound. That means for 13 people eating out in Malaysia it cost us just over £30. £30!?!?! It's absolutely nuts. That's enough about that.

Movies. I like to watch movies quite a bit, I'd watch almost anything if I found it interesting but I've found myself quite bored of them. Until this morning. I've seen quite a few hard hitting and disturbing films in my time, but none quite like what I watched this morning. The movie I'm talking about is 'Irreversible' by Gaspar Noé. I'm not going to mention anything that happens in the film because it may ruin it (if you decide to watch it) but also because I would propably get reported if I did mention anything from the movie, one scene in particular. I don't usually get any after effect after watching a movie but I actually sat just staring at my computer screen for I don't know how long after the film had finished. The film shows what some people are capable of and how quickly a normal situation can go down the crapper. So yea, if you're easily offended/shocked or somewhat squiemish don't watch this film. Even if you like your disturbing/shocking films I'd be wary of this one as it shines a light on some very harsh realities.

My time on DA is somewhat minimal now because of work and other things.

For those who can't be arsed to read the above:
TL/DR: Malaysia > England on so many levels. Don't watch 'Irreversible' by Gaspar Noé unless you're incredibly brave or incredibly stupid.</div>

Thanks much for visiting my page.

Despite my screenname, I'm actually retro. I made this ridiculous name during my "metro" phase and got the name from "Viewtiful Joe." I don't think I'll be changing my name soon unless I know it's scaring people away from my works of art. XD +B(
I wanted to thank you for the watch!

Thanks for adding Magic Pixel logo to your collection, however, it isn't 3D, not that I care too much, I appreciate the add.

If you're looking for 3D stuff to add to your collection, I also have Hows That Novel Coming Along? which IS a 3D animation.

Cheers.
